New NYC kosher restaurants

From today's NY Times Dining Section:

CAFÉ BLOSSOM This uptown branch of the Chelsea original is also vegan and kosher, with enough on the menu to satisfy the raw food contingent, all in a tranquil, warmly lit setting: 466 Columbus Avenue (83rd Street), (212) 875-2600.

CLUBHOUSE CAFE Jose de Meirelles has closed Tintol, his Portuguese tapas restaurant, and in two weeks will turn it into a kosher spot, serving sandwiches, salads, burgers and other casual foods. He plans to relocate Tintol: 155 West 46th Street, (212) 354-3838.

  1. Looks like 46th Street is going to become a kosher boulevard of sorts.

This CLUBHOUSE CAFE notice is confusing to me. Is the new kosher cafe going to be in the 46th Street location, or is that where Jose de Meirelles is going to relocate the non kosher Tintol?

It looks like Clubhouse Cafe is what's going to be on 46th street. It is the placed mentioned a few posts below as being owned by Le Marais and opening up across the street, in the current Tintol location. I guess they plan to re-open Tintol elsewhere.

Thanks DeisCane for reminding me about that other post. I now remember reading it, but didn't make the connection.

    2. Will this Clubhouse Cafe include a restaurant as well as a bar area?
