Road Trip for Philly to Seattle

One of my friends is doing a road trip from Philly to Seattle in the first week of November. They were hoping to find some good inexpensive foods.

There werent sure of the route they would be taking the second half of the trip.

The possible routes are:

I-94 Minneapolis to Billings , Montana

I-90 from Madison to Missoula , Montana

I-80 from eastern Iowa to western Wyoming

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
