MOST ROMANTIC FRENCH RESTAURANT??? [Moved from The Best board]

I am looking for a small, rustic, ROMANTIC French restaurant in Manhattan. Nothing showy or highly commercialize--and definitely good service, not snotty or pretentious.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! =)
