<content>Generally good Turkish place but I&#8217;m another one on the fence. I don't think it's as good as my beloved New Kap (New Kappadokia), but it's as good as you can get south of the R.C. (Redwood City) except for possibly Cafe Artemis. I got the combo appetizer plate for $12.95 as my entree which includes ezme, babaganush, tabuleh, piyaz, dolmas, kizartma, and fried zucchini (more sauteed than fried). My vegan friend loved her red lentil (or "rentil') soup.

Highlights:
-"Rentil" soup (I didn't get to try)
-Hummus (Yummus! But so is Trader Joe's so that's not that special)
-Dolmas (Bursting with good filling and not too oily)

Good &amp; Bad?
-Piyaz (Everyone really liked this white bean olive oil app but I prefer A La Turca's rendition)

Lowlights:
-Ezme (Has nothing on New Kap's)
-Kofte made of beef and lamb (I can only assume this came from some strange mutant cow/sheep hybrid taking over the Turkish countryside so points off. Most importantly it was too lamb-y. Granted, I don't like lamb. The husband does and he still thought it was too lamb-y, which is to say, gamey. New Kap's kofte - all beef - is better.)
