Columbian yucca-flour cheese bread in Port Chester?

robin76 Oct 23, 2007 09:10 AM

I had delicious bread at a Latin restaurant in the city last night. The waiter told me it was a cheese bread made with yucca flour- it was truly addictive. Does anyone know if this type of bread can be found in Port Chester? Thanks for any leads-

I can't say if they have it or not but think your best bet would be to try Asi es Colombia bakery and restaurant on Main Street.

When you go to the bakery ask for it by name. The yucca bread is pan de bono. Pan de queso has a cheese flavor. Get a bunuelo too, those are good as well.
