Blackfish/Tautog

Have a freezer full of blackfish fillets from a fishing trip last weekend. In the past, I've smoked them, used them in chowder (cioppino), poached them in soy sauce and made them into fish cakes (tod nam pla). Looking for something new and different. Anyone have unique recipe suggestions?
