New Dottie's in SF?

A search on here and various other sites shows some discussion in 2006 about a Dottie's opening up on Fell and Gough. The Chronicle reported that the Dottie's True Blue owner said they would be opening their new outpost late 2006. Anyone know if this ever happened?
