The one place I "must" eat in Vegas

Been to Craftsteak, Flay's, Bradley Ogden, etc. Where's the one place I "must" eat in Vegas???

I'll fourth it. But then it's my favorite restaurant to eat anywhere, so it's an easy answer for me.

If it's a Las Vegas thing - then the answer is Lotus of Siam. Some say the best Thai restaurant in the country. It is absolutely fantastic and a must-do for any hounder in Vegas at some point.

If it's a great food/service/ambiance/culinary masterpiece thing - then I would go for Guy Savoy. Next to the French Laundry, that was the best meal of my life bar none.

Wouldn't disagree with azb. Think the other one to mention is Joel Rubochon (on the level of Guy Savoy). If you don't have $300 - $500 pp to drop though, I'd go with Lotus of Siam (also search LOS on the SW board). It's not fancy but the flavors are awesome (and can be very cheap).

At at both Restaurant Guy Savoy and Joel Robuchon in Paris, so I guess I'll aim for LofS ...
