kosher restaurants gps

has anyone tried the kosher restuarant GPS file on their GPS?

I have a Magellan 4040 and the test file I tried importing into the POI editor seems to limit the "description" portion of the imported file.

the $18 file he sells for downlaod includes all known kosher restuarants (USA) and the minyonim listed on Godaven.com (with future plans to include all mikvak sin the US & Canada)

    Also, the miyanim list was not completly compiled from goDaven . It's not the same list.

      seems like the text of kosherrestaurantgps' site is a bit borrowed (read: lifted)

      I have it on my Garmin 660. Works well but much TOO well in areas of Bklyn and the 5 Towns. It is constantly beeping and alerting me to minyanim and kosher restaurants. better in Manhattan etc. that is not so densely populated with these establishments.
