Foodsaver/Bulk Recipe ideas for freezing

I recently found my Foodsaver vac machine and am planning to make large batches of a handful of entrees so that I can foodsave and freeze them for later. Other than poultry/fish-does anyone have any suggestions for some meal ideas that might freeze well.

also-are there any foods that will not freeze/reheat well. Thanks

lasagna, meatballs, taco meat, pulled pork, pierrogi, beans( make great refrieds), chili, mac and cheese( i make one and bake it and the other I freeze before baking. Stew, soups, sauces etc, my wets I freeze in bag then cryovac it after.
Peasant food in general , casseroles. I avoid cream sauces - if its a roux based sauce its ussually ok. Red sauce works well.
I like to cook fresh ussually but its nice to know I have my version of a tv dinner for myself and fam.
I sealed my last batch of guacamole and it stayed green and good for consumption two days later(didn't freeze though)
