Steaming!

I bought an Oster steamer today with the intent of eating healthier and easier. Does anyone else cook with an electric steamer? i'm looking for methods and recipes for making flavorful steamed dishes. There's got to be more than placing fish and veggies inside!

I steam all sorts of stuffed stuff, mostly Asian style: steamed pork filled buns, Thai stuffed bell peppers (ground pork and beef), different stuffed cabbages and kales (with ground lamb if available), and fish (always very lightly done).

Asian cuisines employ steamers alot, so perhaps check out Chinese or Japanese cookbooks. Steamed egg custard (Japanese) and steamed fish with scallion and ginger (Chinese) are classics, but there are so many more.
