<content>Bosnian food should be experienced at least once. It can be really good or really bad depending on the eatery. Fortunately, my experience at a cevad&#382;nica in New York was a good one. Bosnian fast food is mostly all about cevapi, ajvar, onions, cheese and good pita bread. Their cheese was fantastic !!! ... as was everything else including the dessert which was a crepe filled with nutella, topped with whipped cream and a dusting of what seemed like finely ground almonds or hazelnuts.

Read this blog for some info on Bosnian fast food...they also talk a bit about burek. If it wasn't for all the butter, I could eat pumpkin burek (not mentioned) every day.
