In the late 70's, I used to eat at Trattoria da Alfredo at Hudson and Bank. Loved that place. Does anyone who may remember it have a recommendation for someplace today that is comparable?
I loved Trattoria da Alfredo, along with his other restaurants Tavola Calda da Alfredo and Alfredo's Settebello. Pepolino and Da Andrea are about the most similar that I can think of.
i remember it WELL. there is NOTHING comparable.
