Hangawai on 32nd Street for Korean vegetarian food. But the food is kind of bland. Better choice would be Hanbat on 35th Street.

EN that tatami room or Le Souk the big pillows. Both are known more for the atmosphere than the food.

Tagine on 9th Ave near Port Authority for Moroccan. They have at least one spot where you seat and eat on the floors with pillows. They have belly dancing and offer Hookahs. I don't really remember how the food was.
Yakiniku West for Japanese Korean BBQ in the East village (I think they have tables but you seat on mats). I've never been there.
