Craft on Saturday night - what to order?

Has anyone been to Craft recently who would give me some input as to what they have found most enjoyable on the menu? We will be a party of four big eaters and hope to try multiple dishes.

I adore the beet salad but am not sure if it's still on the menu. It sounds boring but it's wonderful.

There is nothing on the menu that I haven't thought was awesome. But, a standout was this truffle/pumpkin ravioli thing, scalloped potatoes, short rib, and I think we had one of their fish dishes (can't remember which one) that was great. I really don't think you can go wrong.

If they still have the cooked carrots on the menu get those! I dont normally like cooked carrots, but whatever they do with these, they are the one thing we ALWAYS get everytime we go. Delcious!
