Need suggestions for place to hold lunch/business meeting

I am looking for suggestions for an Austin area restaurant to hold a business meeting/lunch for about 15-20 people. We are a non-profit association and have a quarterly business meeting scheduled for Dec. 8 (Saturday). We would like to find a private dining room in a reasonably priced restaurant - it does not have to be fancy. Our members are all women - average age is about 45. We can also consider Pflugerville, Round Rock, Cedar Park, etc.,

Thanks! ...Kathy

Suggestions, not in any particular order:

Umalauf, Wildflower Center, The Crossings, Mansion @ Judges Hill, Laguna Gloria, Luby's, Jorge's on Hancock, a Library, Waterloo Ice House @ 2222/360, Mangia on Mesa...

Chez Z at Balcones and Hancock also has a private meeting area.

I definitely like the rec for Eastside. Another interesting choice could be the European Bistro in Pflugerville. They have good food, a private dining area and it's very nice.

Thanks. Looks like they have extra fees to use their private dining room, but I will call since I am not sure this is the same thing as the "Garden Room" you mentioned.

        Room D
Seating for up to 15 people at an “L-shaped” table
        • $250 Room Rental Fee
        • $350 Minimum Food and Beverage Purchase
        • $125 Service Fee

Yes, same room. I was not aware of their fee schedule.
Perhaps they will cut you a deal since you are a non-profit? Maybe someone on your BOD has a connection to Eastside?
I once attended a meeting in an enclosed room at Chez Zee. That may be worth a try, as well.
Are any of your Board Members affiliated with the University Club? They have lots of meeting space options, as well.

Thanks for all of your suggestions! Unfortunately, we are a small non-profit but have been around for 25 years. I am the current pres (new to the organization) but I will ask the other board members if anyone has any connections. I will check into Chez Zee as well as I think the ladies would enjoy meeting there.

The Texas Land & Cattle at Stassney & I-35 has a nice private dining room. I believe El Gallo does, too.

Try the Garden Room at Eastside Cafe. I believe it is available for rental and sure to be a popular choice for your demographic.
