Le Reve (partie d'une)

I have a post on this board looking for suggestions for great meanls in San Antonio. Of course, Le Reve has been mentioned several times.

The issue is that I will be dining alone, a would really prefer not to sit by myself at a table during the course of a lengthy meal. That said, I have done some research and this place looks terrific....

If I went on slow night, like Sunday or Wednesday, could I sit at the bar? Is there a bar?

When traveling for business I have often enjoyed good meals while sitting at the bar and chatting with the bartender. In fact, I had one such meal at Acenar on my last visit.

Is dining solo at the bar a realistic option for Le Reve? Is it even possible?

I say, don't sweat it. If you are curious about Le Reve, go for it. If you truly love good food surely that's the most important thing .......

Sorry, there is no bar. I would guess they would seat you as a solo, but I wouldn't think it would be much fun. Of course, I hate dining alone, so I'm prejudiced. I absolutely love Le Reve, but I wouldn't want to dine there alone.
