I guess they aren't trying to be subtle. I'm sure there are paid stealth advertising shills here on chowhound, but they are probably less effective here than in other venues. I hate to see this stuff make the rounds, the advertisers will just point to it as proof of eyeballs.

LA Eater (linking to Blogging.LA) did a piece on it already... I had a chuckle too, none of them are particularly well known for food, and even the "sexy" vibe/ambience is questionable.
