Raleigh's Poultry Farm in Kings Park sells fresh duck. Call them, order it, it will be ready the next day for you (fresh kill). Phone-631-269-4428. My company orders fresh turkeys from them every year and they are fantastic. They also have chickens, ducks, much fowl.

The two big farms out here are Jurgielewicz in Moriches, and Crescent in Aquebogue/Riverhead. I've been there to buy wholesale but not sure if they do retail at their plants.
PS does everyone know about the big move last weekend, they moved the big duck back north to its original location, it looks so comfortable now!
