Miami and/or Beach recommendation needed

I was hoping someone could recommend a venue that serves great food and good drinks. The idea being grab some lunch and stay for a fun Friday Happy Hour. Any cuisine is fine. We just want to have some food in our stomachs before the drinks hit.

Option Two would be if there are two seperate places (one for lunch, one for drinks) relatively close to each other.

Mortons might be a happy hour option. Their burgers are great.

The "fun Friday Happy Hour" is the hard part - for some reason, Miami's not really a Happy Hour kind of place. But my vote is you go to Smith & Wollensky for burgers, salads and some seafood apps, then walk three blocks along the marina promenade over to Monty's around 6:30, which will be packed. Happy Hour there is until 8pm, you're on the marina, hang out at the downstairs bar, watch the sunset and have fun.

Bar at Smith & Wollensky's itself is also a decent option.

Mr. Chu has great food and good drinks. It is not a happy hour spot though...It is a good lunch option.
