Trey Yuen for best chinese

I always think of Trey Yuen in Mandeville as having the best chinese food in the state. It's worth driving over the causeway bridge for. Does anyone have and suggestions on what to order? I haven't been there in forever and I rarely go.

IMHO Trey Yuen is HIGHLY overrated. There is one also in Hammond and every time I have eaten at either one the fare has ranged from average to terrible. I have gotten better food from a little place in Ponchatoula, and much cheaper. However, I do not want to spoil this experience for you, so give it a try, you may have a better time : )

If you are looking to drive a little and want some good Japanese food, I would highly recommend Kirin Sushi restaurant in Hammond. Their sushi is extremely fresh, innovative (for this area), and delicious. Not to mention, their newly built huge restaurant has great atmosphere, especially considering they started out as simply a small 10-15 table storefront restaurant.
