I did some Googling and it looks like they're back. I've only had them at Qualcomm Stadium. It seemed they had multiple locations and those have been closed, but now they have 1 location in Tierrasanta. Their website seems to be alive: http://www.homiescinnamonrolls.com/in...

I haven't tried many others, but maybe Homie's Cinnamon Rolls?

Without a doubt the best cinnamon rolls in town are at the Del Mar Fair. To bad it only comes once a year.

How far are you willing to drive?

I just saw the episode on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives which featured Cinnamon Rolls from Ramona Cafe. They were HUGE!

For Cinnamon Crumb cake, the Descanso Cafe has moist, flavorful cinnamon crumb cake which I just had for the first time last weekend. Yum!

I really like the cinnamon rolls at Con Pane in Point Loma.

Cinnamon rolls - this little funky doughnut shop on the Strand in Imperial Beach as you're on your way toward Coronado.

Cinnamon crumb cake - I really like the coffee cake at Beach Break Cafe in Oceanside, and I do believe the topping is cinnamon crumb.

Bread and Cie makes a good one with croissant pastry. Sorry, but can't help with the cinnamon crumb cake.
