Don't miss restaurants in Palm Springs?

My husband and I are going to Palm Springs for a few days this week. What restaurants are worth our time and money?

Johannes, Zin, Philippe's, Citron, All Dente.

Avoid the tourist traps: Kaiser Grille, Las Casuelas and most Italians in town, except for All Dente.

I just had a thoroughly ordinary meal at Zin. It was as if the entire plate was an afterthought with a dose of who cares on the side.

Really, really disappointing food.
