Coffee/Espresso Dessert

I am finalizing my halloween menu, and I have many great desserts, but I still need one more. Any fantastic espresso/coffee flavored desserts out there? It must be able to sit out on a buffet and not need be frozen. Thanks : )

I think I am looking for something maybe with a chocolate base to it. Maybe a semisweet chocolate or other rich chocolate.
