Here are a few of my favorites, let me know some other great ones Huge miche at Le Pain and Les Idees near Bonsergant metro; La Palme at Pottier at Volontiers metro; ficelle at Grenier du Pain near Abesses metro; Marchand du Bier at Moissans many locations; and an easy one tourtre from Eric Kayser.
