Each time l am here get bread from different boulangeries every day, some ok, some poor, many memorable. Here are a few of my favorites, let me know some other great ones
Huge miche at Le Pain and Les Idees near Bonsergant metro; La Palme at Pottier at Volontiers metro; ficelle at Grenier du Pain near Abesses metro; Marchand du Bier at Moissans many locations; and an easy one tourtre from Eric Kayser. Over last three years have hit 261 bakeries, regretfully most were not memorable. Before 7 zillion replies come in, yes Poilane miche and rye are awesome as well
