5 Chicken Sausages, what to do with?

So I am trying to stay away from carbs, I have 5 chicken sausages in my fridge, I must cook them tonight. Ideas?

If you can't figure what to do with all 5, you can sauteed, freeze, and use next time you make a lasagna type dish. We do it all the time using turkey sausage so it should be pretty tasty.

Make frittatas! Or any egg-based dish. My initial thought was a strata, but that wouldn't fit too well into your "no carbs" request!

Grill the sausages on a grill pan or fry them in a skillet. Braise greens, or any vegetable, with chopped onion and garlic, in olive oli...or peanut oil, and seasonings. Add a can of beans if you're allowed, and heat through with the greens. Another accompaniment might be a combo of roasted vegetables. It's a very simple meal with very little preparation.

I have a few chicken sausages in the freezer and was wondering the same thing... a very Ukrainian way of doing them would be Chicken Sausage with Cabbage and Onion: http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/foo... or incorporate them into a stew.

          Hope that helps

PS: I think the beans luckyfatima is thinking of are canellini beans. I had them just recently in a vegetable ragout served w some grilled mackerel delicious

If beans aren't too carby, you could do an Italian white bean (canneloni? I think that's the name) with sausage, or sausage n' peppers.
