Vietnamese in central Jersey?

We like Vietnamese but have not been able to find any restaurant that really stands out.
What would you recommend for Monmouth & Middlesex counties?

Pho Thanh Do (i think) - Route 9, South Amboy, NJ

Numerous Pho places on Route 27 in Edison, NJ
And some more on Route 1, also in Edison.

If I could remember the names, I would tell you. But one's next to the Entenmann's on 27, and further down, the other is before but near the Dunkin Donuts.
