I am looking for a birthday cake for my peanut butter loving friend. Any suggestions?

I was recently watching the food chanel and the Paula Dean's sons when to a place in the city and had a PB Cake, look at their shows in the index.

Not sure your price range but the peanut cake from Jean Georges is to die for. If not For the record, the cup cakes at Hill Country are 6 bucks a piece. Also the peanut butter cookies at Magnolia are good too. Perhaps not suitable for a birthday but great none the less..

While Bottom Feeding Foodie threw out the idea of pb cookies, go to the treats truck! They have PB cookie sandwiches with either peanut butter or chocolate filling in between, theyre amazing.

Those sound great! I was just suggesting that cookies may not be what they were shooting for as a birthday treat.

That, or you could get your friend the peanut butter creme 'wich's at 'wichcraft. They're unbelieveabley delicious.

PB pie at Billy's is good. I can't think of a PB cake...

I may get some flack for mentioning Magnolia around here, but any time I get dragged there by a friend, I always get their Peanut Butter Ice Box Pie, I personally don't think their cupcakes are anything special, but that pie does it for me every time.
