ISO good, healthy places in the Ft. Lauderdale area

Hello! I'm in the Ft. Lauderdale area for 4 days on business. I'm looking for some good places to eat that offer healthier menu options....NOT Applebee's Weight Watchers menu, just natural, whole foods. Can anyone recommend any place?

There is also a chain called Sweet Tomatoes. It's all you can eat salad buffet, with six soups and a small selection of bread, pasta and dessert. The salad bar is quite nice with lots of selection, though you won't find pricier ingredients such as artichoke and red bell pepper.

seasons 52 in the galleria mall. innovative food - made in a healthy style, no butter, no fat, all under 35o calories, i think. and those small teeny desserts are yummy!
