Ok im taking my girl friend to the city for her birthday, i wanted to take her to Daniel or 11 madison park or cafe' boulud, but things have changed in our budget were staying on madison ave. @ the Morgans hotel, im looking to spend around 300.00 dollars on dinner including a bottle of wine. can i get such a meal @ any of these places or are there better restaurants that any one could recommend.
Thank you.

You can certainly have an excellent dining experience at Eleven Madison Park while staying within your budgetary parameters. The 3-course prix-fixe is $82, plus there are lots of little extras, i.e., amuses and mignardises. That leaves you plenty of room for a very good bottle of wine (or, perhaps, wine pairings) + tax (nearly 9%) and gratuity (20%). If you do go, Chef Humm's signature duck for two is sensational and not to be missed! You can see the current menu on EMP's website.

Note that, weather permitting, you can walk from your hotel to EMP.

Happy Birthday to your g.f. and Bon Appetit!
