Help!! How to make condensed milk?
I am in the middle of a recipe with 2 children currently asleep and no way to run to the store. I thought I had condensed milk, but I do not. I do have sugar, evaporated milk, and 2% milk. Is there anyway to reproduce condensed milk at home that does not call for dry milk?
