Shop selling prepared foods near the Rialto in Venice?

Does anyone know of a good gourmet shop which sells prepared foods - cooked vegetables, meat dishes, soups, etc. - to take home and eat, in Venice, preferably near the Cannaregio side of the Rialto bridge? Thanks!
