can i use "just whites" product in italian buttercream?

  1. Most jarred egg whites don't whip up well. I haven't had luck and CI says so in tasting, but perhaps others have experience.

      I've been able to whip up Eggology 100% egg whites, but I don't believe that Just Whites are the same thing as these. Correct me if I am wrong but I believe that Just Whites are similar to egg beaters and are the color of scrambled eggs. The Eggology whites are translucent and look identical to egg whites that you would separate yourself. Unless the Just Whites say they are "100% egg whites," meaning there are no other ingredients, I wouldn't risk it. Good luck.
