YES! The two I've found are at Bigg Chill on Olympic and Westwood, and at their [former] sister store, Studio Yorgurt on Ventura and Laurel Canyon. Both non-dairy flavors change every two days, though Studio usually has more interesting flavors...I'm a lactard and the only thing I've ever really missed was frozen yogurt- and as far as I can tell, both of these fit the bill. Not that I remember real yogurt, but this works!

you'll find it at any standard fro-yo places that offer a "non-dairy" option, which is typically soy-based. bigg chill in westwood always has one in their rotation, and i think studio yogurt on laurel canyon may as well.

re: goodhealthgourmet
if we're talking non-dairy, instead of specifically soy (meaning it's not called the "soy yogurt" on the menu board), then other non-dairy options include The Yogurt Factory on SM blvd near Bundy, Toppers on Beverly west of La Brea, and Beverly Place Yogurt at Beverly and Crescent Heights.

re: Emme
i thought of the place on crescent heights too...i think their non-dairy is soy. you can always ask. i just don't like that place. i used to go there by default when i lived in the neighborhood and was desperate for a fro-yo fox, but it's creepy, the consistency is never right, and the flavors are "off" - they never taste the same as they do at other places. i think they need new machines.
as for yogurt factory, it's the best local place for those of us in brentwood & west l.a. [you couldn't pay me to eat the crap at brentwood yogurt ]. however, they don't have any soy yogurt. they have regular fro-yo, carbolite, wow cow, and a tart variety called "yoberry" that's actually one of the best town, second only to sno:la imho. but it's obviously a dairy product. they actually make their with real yogurt, not milk or a powdered mix. yes, i know, this diqualifies it as "frozen yogurt," but who cares? it tastes damn good, and it's the one reason i like to go there. real yogurt, and no artifical sweeteners.

Oh -- this interests me!
I love Pearl soy milk, especially the green tea and the chocolate. I would love to have this frozen, soft serve style. I do hope someone will have some places to share.

re: liu
Yeah, I as well.
Have you tried this stuff from the market? http://www.wholesoyco.com/product_fro...

re: ipsedixit
No, ipsedixit, I have not tried the frozen soy product in the market...is it good?
Is it "I should run out this moment" good?I think what really tantalized me in your post was the idea of soft serve ... and it is not cow's milk.
I am a huge LaLoo's fan -- frozen goat milk ice cream. Have you gotten into this product?

re: liu
It's pretty good (but not a "drop everything and don't read Chowhound anymore and run out to get it" good).
Like you, what I really want is a soft-serve SoyYo (as in frozen Soy Yogurt).
Have not tried LaLoo's. Is it a "drop everything and don't read Chowhound anymore and run out to get it" good?

re: ipsedixit
YES!
It's goat-y, so if you don't care for that grassy flavor (as in some of the goat cheeses), perhaps it will not be your "thing." However, drop all your preconceived ideas that it is only second best to ice cream...it's really heavenly. I am speaking for only the LaLoo's brand, and specifically the molasses tipsycake and the pumpkin spice and the...well, they're all pretty delicious. LaLoo's also has a goat yogurt...don't know how that is.
OK -- we've waited long enough. I do hope someone will post with a place to get soft serve soy fro-yo!
