MIA Organic Caterers & Bakeries

Anyone know of any organic (or vegetarian) caterers and/or bakeries in Miami?

    How's about an organic restaurant in MIA? I was just thinking about that the other day, are there any? I was at the Fresh Market out in Pembroke Pines yesterday and not even they have much organic stuff to choose from...it's slim pickin's for sure dwon here best as I can tell.
