Anyone use fish stock for Shrimp & Grits?

I have some good fresh coarse ground grits and a few boxes of Kitchen Basics fish stock and want to try this for a large group. Has anyone used fish stock in lieu of water or milk? Good results? Any other ideas?

  1. Sounds good to me. I use shrimp stock in the sauce, so I would think it should be fine. I might not use it exclusively, though.
