Looking for the best places to get prime rib in Vegas. BF does not really like steak and I'm having a hard time finding any recs for prime rib.

Your help is much appreciated!

I'd also agree with the Lawry's recommendation - but there is little else on the menu if someone doesn't want the prime rib. One other thought is the Steakhouse at Circus Circus (no, I'm not kidding). Certainly one of the better bargains on the strip, lovely traditional atmosphere, good service. It may not have been the best piece of prime rib I've ever had, but it certainly was the largest. Huge portions.

I've read that the Steakhouse at Circus Circus was voted best in Vegas but I had my doubts... maybe we will give that a try...

As for Lawry's, we have been there before and enjoyed their prime rib in Los Angeles. We were hoping to try something we wouldn't be able to try home in LA.

But thanks for the suggestions so far! Please keep them coming!

    2. I've always liked the Steakhouse at Circus Circus. Last visit, though, I had a great prime rib at Sir Galahad's Pub and Prime Rib House (Excalibur Casino).

Normally just the thought of the Excalibur makes me cringe but I must chime in and say that the prime rib at Sir Galahad's is outstanding. Served tableside from the gueridon and comes with all the usual suspects: whipped potatoes, creamed spinach, and yorkshire pudding. Fabulous!

      2. hey there alwayz - i've told others about this place. maybe you've seen it already. we go to vegas at least twice a year and alwayz, i mean alwayz hit THE PRIME RIB LOFT at the ORLEANS. the price has gone up just like everything else in vegas. $18 gets u the 14 oz. cut. i think. cajun style has just the right amount of spices and is soooo good. my favorite. they have english cut( three thin slices) or bone-in style. the usual sides. baked potato that is huge. a meal in itself. you can have everything but the kitchen sink on your potato. the atmosphere is ritzy yet casual. looks over the entire gambling floor cause your at the same level as those humongus marti-gars heads all lit up. service is supurb. never had a bad experience there. we've been in vegas 5 nights and ate at the LOFT 4 of the 5. check out the ORLEANS web site. they give a menu. if u go let us know what u think. lookin for your reply.

        1. Sir Galahad's and Prime Rib Loft sound promising! Don't know if we'll be able to get to both, but I'll definitely report back to let you guys know.

Thanks again for the suggestions. :)

          1. Just got back from my annual guys trip to Vegas-We do go to the Steakhouse at Circus Circus and I personally get the prime rib each time. Some years I have thought it to be great. The rest of the hotel I want nothing to do with.I know there is always mixed opinions of this place but there is definitely good value as salad and potato are included.

            1. Not exactly in Vegas, but not too far is the steakhouse at the Hacienda Hotel. It's the random hotel right next to the Hoover dam. Although the hotel can leave a bit to be desired, I can't say enough good things about the steakhouse there. Food quality is great (besides the fett alf side), salads are prepared tableside, you are provided a small veggie plate with the bread basket when seated, the meal price includes sides, and the prices are very wallet friendly. I've only had the prime rib there and it has always been excellent. My dates have ordered the other items on the menu and they've all looked good.
Although it's about a 20 minute drive from Henderson, it's well worth it. I always enjoy heading to the dam to watch the sunset and then to the Hacienda for dinner.
