early morning baked goods

I have to bring baked goods, croissants, muffins etc to an early morning breakfast meeting in New Jersey. Leaving from Upper East Side heading over GWB, need something open by 7 or 7:30 to bring a dozen treats?

Agata doesn't open until 8am, Silver Moon at 7:30. Any other ideas?
Thanks

Adding this just for future reference - I think the Dean and Deluca on Madison opens at 7:00 as well.

Try Garden of Eden - they bring the goods from other bakeries and they open early

Fairway is open that early (I think they open at 5 or so). But I can't say how early they stock muffins, croissants and the like. You could try calling them to ask, if their location works for you.

Per Fairway's website - the UWS location opens at 6 - good idea to call ahead -

Yura, at 92nd and Madison, opens at 6:30, sometimes earlier - their croissants and muffins are quite nice. Also love their coconut cupcakes.
