Suggestions Please for dinner in Cupertino

We will be attending a venue at the Flint Center at the De Anza College this Thur. evening. We would like to treat our friends (who are treating us) to the venue with a nice dinner beforehand. Can anyone make recommendations for a nice place the is close to the Flint Center? Don't know the area at all, and don't want to make a bad choice.

I strongly recommend Park Place. 2 blocks East of De Anza college.

Thanks! What kind of resturant is Cafe Torre? Any others in the neighborhood of the Flint center that are interesting with good food?

Cafe Torre is Italian. Been awhile since I was there but it was good. Also Helios Brasserie in the hotel on Steven's Creek at De Anza, but I haven't been there in years. Gorgeous bar.

Alexander's Steakhouse on Wolfe, not far at all from The Flint. Expensive but excellent beef and sides. Cafe Torre is another cheaper option. On Steven's Creek closer still to your destination.
