Seeking a chocolatier in Sacramento that handmade chocolates, packaged in red and white striped boxes. Have tried for years to find their name. Any info would be appreciated!

Yes, I think it was Fog Mountain! Thanks very much! I'll check it out. Couldn't even find them on the net for years.

Thanks to hhc for asking Sacto yelpers. You mean at the yelp site?

Bingo! The place you were looking for was Fog Mtn. Candy. The good news is that they are going to be opening their new cafe on 10th and L in a couple of months. I think they are giong to call it Fog Mountain Cafe ? I can't wait for the return of the chefs' great soups and sandwiches.

My favorite at Fog Mtn was their grilled cheese with garlic and herbs on ciabatta (sp?). They served it with some sort of vinegar/olive oil dipping sauce. That sandwich and the roasted tomato soup was the bomb.
