About a month ago, the chef recommended Goat Curry, the meat was really hard and inedible. I let that one go. 2 weeks ago, we ordered Chicken Karahi, and it was bone dry, and not at all tasty. We asked him to remedy it, and he made a hash of that too. And last week, we ordered yellow daal, we were served chick peas, I think we know the difference, he insisted it was the correct dish ! It tasted really terrible. The waiter there really jars my nerves in any case, but last Friday was the limit. He refused to get us some condiments we asked for, and then blamed us for messing up our order (!?) I know most ‘hounds know this place has always been a mixed bag. All the rave reviews and the steady flow of customers seems to have had an undesirable effect on LK. I can’t wait for Sultan to reopen ….
