Hudson Valley Restaurant Weeks

The people who coordinate the restaurant weeks promo took out a two page advertisement in the current Valley Table magazine and are asking restaurants and sponsors to sign up.

To summarize:

"From March 9th through 21st, 2008, participating restaurants serve three course prix-fixe lunches for $16.09 and dinners for $26.09 Sunday through Friday. (Beverages, tax and gratuity are additional.")

I guess they selected those prices to commemorate Mr. Hudson sailing up the river.

My question of fellow hounds is, what restaurants would you to see participate?

The restaurants listed on the websiite are the ones that participated in 2006.
