Confused- Moustache and Little Owl

They both have the same address 90 Bedford Street and both seem like they are open. Are both restaurants still there? I could not get a reservation at Little Owl and it is for 3 weeks out and Moustache does not seem like the kind of place where can I make a reservation.

I am looking for a restaurant near the Lucille Lortel theater on 121 Christopher Street for a casual post matinee meal and would love suggestions. Strict limitation on the restaurant being no more than 2 blocks from theater as one friend has severe walking problems. I ruled out Snack Taverna, Da Andrea and several others due to distance. Please help as I am not familiar with the Village. TIA

    They're both still there!

The Little Owl does take walk-ins. We walked in on a Saturday night two weeks ago and had no problem though. They seated us immediately. It was early, maybe 5:30-6:00.

We walked past Moustache (a couple of doors down) afterward and I have to say the food looked good. It's on our list now. And it may be easier to get a table.

They are just down the block from each other. Moustache is among my favorite places--fresh food, with bright flavors. Service can be slow, but the food is always excellent. They don't take reservations, but if you're going for an early dinner, you should be fine.

Try Pinto on Chris and Bedford. Its Thai and supposed to be great. I'm going tonight.

Please report back about Pinto. Thanks.

i would say pinto (thai) and lima's taste (peruvian) are your best bets as they are right across from the theater.
