ShipWreck Grille

I need some help from Jersey Shore Chowhounds. November 10th my husband and I will be taking several friends to ShipWreck Grille. I have heard wonderful things about the seafood that is served there but one of the guest does not eat fish of any sort. Has anyone ever eaten anything else there besides the fish?

I tried to go to their website but it would not open any further than the main page.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

My husband and a friend of mine have ordered steaks there and they were FANTASTIC! There also is a great free range chicken on the menu. Don't worry, there really is something for everyone! You are going to LOVE this place. You should go with your husband before Nov. 10th and see for yourself. The place is really great.

I’m sure they must have some non-seafood selections, but I’d suggest that you post this query on the restaurant forum on nj.com, as a number of regular posters there seem to be very familiar with the Shipwreck Grill. I haven’t been there myself, but am looking forward to going this fall as I understand it is open all year round and should be less crowded in the off season. I’m looking forward to reading about your experience there.

I ate at Shipwreck in August and had a special veal chop that was out of this world. There should be enough non-fish selections to keep your friend happy.
