Amuse Bouche

Has anyone tried this place? They are in Simi at LA and Yosemite. It's a French restaurant that has gotten good reviews. The food looks great on the website if that means much, and the chef has an impressive resume to a layperson such as myself.
I am apprehensive going because we in Simi don't have many really good places.

5754 E. Los Angeles Ave., Simi Valley.

  1. I haven't tried it (didn't know it was there) but since I live in Simi, I think I may just have to give it a shot this weekend. It certainly has a nice menu.

    I'll report back!

    1. We had dinner there a few weeks ago. The meal was quite good and prices were reasonable. I had the Prix Fixe menu with wine pairings. As I remember, I had a salad with Fried Camembert and sauteed mushrooms. My entree was Smoked Scallops over a hazelnut fettucine. The desert was some sort of baked apple with ice cream. Everyone else ordered ala carte and were pleased with their meals as well. Service was spotty but I guess that can be expected in a new restaurant. We will definitely go back.
