Recipes for fish using fresh lemongrass?

I was just given 3 stalks of fresh lemongrass by my neighbor. I would like to use it for dinner tonight. I was thinking of some sort of fish -- but not fried. Does anyone have a good recipe?

  1. I'm actually stopping at the market to buy some lemongrass for a seafood dish myself: Singapore chili crabs. It's not exactly a dish to highlight the flavors of lemongrass, but still a treat nonetheless.

    1. Bet it would be good in seviche.

      1. Oooooo, in Pleasures of the Vietnamese Table by Mai Pham there's a lemongrass shrimp that is out of this world, and would adapt to grilling or steaming fish.
Lucky you, the recipe is online...
