If you are in Northern NJ, then go to Arthur Avenue in the Bronx. There are quite a few good butchers.

Goto any Portuguese grocery and ask for Cabrito. There are plenty of stores in NJ.

I process baby goats every week. I can ship if needed. But shipping costs a lot. How many do you need? We process about 200 a week. The size ranges from 3.25 to 3.50 pounds each. The price is $3.50 per pound plus, shipping. Let me know if this will work.

Depending on the cost of shipping, I would be interested. Where are you located, and how can I get in touch with you to find out about cost and availability?

I know this was over a year ago, but did you ever get a response from Simon about the goat. And, would you recommend the meat if you did buy from him? The price is really good.

If that doesn't work out, between the Ironbound (Newark) and Little India in Jersey City, I'm certain you can find a butcher!
