You'll find all food markets listed by district here, incl. open days, etc.

Eat there, why? We get what we need, prepare and eat it at home! ;o)

Rue Mouffetard is a 'permanent' market similar to the ones on Rue de Buci, 6th arr. and Rue Cler, 7th arr., while the markets listed in the URL are on just once or twice a week/per district.
In the 5th arr., you'll have Place Monge next to Rue Mouffetard (3x/week).

True, but they mention place Aligre, St Germain covered and the St Quentin, thus mixed

My favorites are: the bio (organic) market on Sundays in the 6th on the blvd Raspail, the Bastille Market because it is so big, and the market at the Marche Aligre in the 11th. Go to Le Baron Rouge after for wine and cheese!
