If you had to eat and/or drink the same menu item from one Restaurant in Houston for 30 days
I just saw basically this same post from someone in Los Angeles and thought it would be great to see what Houstonians think.
I nominate the following
Tortilla soup from El Rey
Cafe' Latte from Catalina Coffee
-
Spicy crawfish at Crawfish and Beignets in Hong Kong Mall off Bellaire
Fajita Torta from the Rainbow stand on W.Gray and Taft (only there after 8pm)
Regular Milk Tea from Tropioca or Star Snow Ice
Thai Tea from Patu in Rice Village
Bun Bo Hue from Pho Nguyen off Wilcrest
May's ice cream off Bellaire
Bo Luc Lac from Chino Fast Food (Hao Hao Mi Gia) off Bellaire -
-
Carne Guisada taco from Laredo Taco Company on Washington.
(Truffled mac and cheese from Smith and Wols is up there, but I don't think I could eat it for a month straight.)
Great post btw.

Tan Tan: pan fried crispy noodles w/beef (don't know the exact name)
Suzhi Teahouse: taro milk tea
Tay Do: clay pot fish
Lai Lai: pan fried dumplings, and steamed dumplings - doesn't matter if it's shrimp or pork. Also, +1 on Bhutani's pick of the chargrilled chicken/pork vermicelli dish @ Mai's. Actually just like Bhutani, this is just off the top of my head as well, and could list way more!

Great post. I would have to nominate 3 items (though I am sure I could think of more if I thought long and hard):
Chicken torta with chihuahua cheese and pickled carrots at 100% taquito
Bun Ga Nuong Cha Gio at Mai's (vermicelli with chargrilled chicken and vietnamese egg rolls) -- though the pork version is also quite good
Dolce Vita's rubiola, pancetta and leek pizza
