Great burger at the Farm of BH (the Grove) - no, really

I know that neither The Grove generally nor The Farm of Beverly Hills in particular is a Chowhound destination, but I must say that they make a great burger. Had lunch there a couple days ago (it's a good spot to take toddlers) and I'm still thinking about that burger. Decent-sized but not ridiculous, well-seasoned patty, actually cooked medium rare as requested; nice chewy but not too chewy to bite into bun; carmelized onions and roasted tomatoes plus the usual vegetable garnishes and your choice of cheese and some sort of herbed mayo. It all works really well together - one of the rare times that I've eaten an entire burger w/o adding ketchup because I was entirely happy with the taste as served. On the expensive side at $14 with fries or salad, but I'm already looking forward to the next time I find myself at the Grove.

  1. I concur. Everything I've ordered at The Farm has been very well prepared. However, I rarely go because everything on the menu is so ridiculously overpriced.

    1. I've said it before here. One of my favorite LA burgers.
